VR · AR · Digital twins for manufacturing

Your experts are retiring. Their knowledge stays in the plant.

We turn the know-how of your most experienced specialists into VR work instructions and digital twins of your machines. New employees learn every step before they touch the real equipment.

The problem

The most valuable knowledge in your plant is not in any manual

In many plants they are the people who know how to restart a line after a failure, how to do a clean changeover, or how to hear a fault before it becomes expensive.

That knowledge lives in people's heads, not in documents. When it leaves, you get:

Longer onboarding

New hires need months instead of weeks to work safely.

More downtime

Failures take longer because nobody knows “the trick” anymore.

More risk

Errors during maintenance, changeovers and safety procedures.

Dependency

One expert becomes the bottleneck for the whole plant.

The solution

Capture knowledge in three steps

From your expert's head into an interactive VR work instruction that every new employee can train on at any time.

1

Capture

We work alongside your experts: interviews, video, CAD data or a 3D scan of the machine. Every action and decision is documented.

2

Transfer

We turn it into an interactive VR work instruction on a digital twin of your equipment, step by step, with hints, checkpoints and typical mistakes.

3

Pass it on

New employees train any time, as often as they need, without stopping production. You see who has mastered which procedure.

What we build

What we build for your plant

VR work instructions

Changeovers, maintenance, troubleshooting and quality checks as interactive training instead of paper.

Digital twin

A living digital copy of your machine or line, not just a 3D model: for training, planning and simulation.

AR guidance on site

Instructions on the real machine, on a tablet or smart glasses.

Safety training

Practise LOTO, hazard zones and emergency procedures with no real risk.

Onboarding on new equipment

Train staff before the machine is even delivered.

Benefits

Why VR instead of training on a running line

  • No downtime for training. The real machine keeps producing.
  • Mistakes without consequences. In training you may fail; on the line you may not.
  • One standard for every shift. Everyone learns the same best procedure, at every site.
  • Multilingual. The same instruction in English, German, Polish, Ukrainian or Turkish.
  • Measurable. Progress, errors and time per step for every employee.

Reference project

VR engine start-up simulator for the Boeing 737

Situation
Every real engine run-up on the aircraft burned roughly 200–250 kg of fuel (about €250–300) and depended on aircraft availability. Practice was expensive and rare.
Solution
A VR simulator with cockpit, every procedural step and automatic error detection – the know-how of experienced instructors turned into an interactive procedure.
Result
Every trainee repeats the full procedure as often as needed – with no fuel cost and no aircraft. We apply exactly this principle to the machines and lines in your plant.

Ready for the new EU Machinery Regulation

From 20 January 2027 the EU Machinery Regulation 2023/1230 applies. It allows instructions for use to be supplied in digital form. For machine builders this is the right moment to make manuals and customer training digital and interactive.

Process

From first call to deployed training

1

Initial assessment (free)

Which knowledge is critical, who holds it and which process do we start with?

2

Concept

Scenario designed with your experts, including success criteria.

3

Production

3D model, programming and testing, often starting with a pilot for one process.

4

Rollout

Deployment, trainer onboarding and extension to further processes.

Pricing

A quote as individual as your plant

Every plant and every process is different, so every quote is individual. The price depends mainly on the number of processes, the level of detail and the data available, such as CAD, photos or documentation.

After the free assessment you receive a concrete concept with a budget, at factory pricing with no distributor markup.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

We have hardly any documentation. Can this still work?

Yes, especially then. We capture knowledge directly from your experts through interviews, video and job shadowing.

Do we need CAD data of the machine?

It helps but is not required. Photos, measurements or a 3D scan also work.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope. We often start with a pilot for one process and confirm the timeline after the assessment.

What hardware do we need?

Standard headsets such as Meta Quest or PC VR. We can supply the hardware.

How much of our experts' time does it take?

Usually a few hours of interviews and job shadowing, plus sign-off of the finished scenario.

Can several people train at once?

Yes, multiplayer scenarios for up to several dozen users are possible.

Which knowledge in your plant retires next?

Tell us about a process only a few people really master. In a free assessment we will show you how to secure it in VR.
