Can you relocate a complete production line or factory?
Yes. Relocations range from single machines and presses to complete production lines and entire plants – including audit, planning, dismantling, securing, heavy transport, installation, connection and commissioning.
What is the heaviest equipment you can lift?
The fleet includes self-propelled hydraulic gantry systems of 400 t and 800 t, a 1,100 t hydraulic gantry crane, industrial cranes up to 100 t and lifting equipment and rollers up to 200 t. Completed projects include two transformers with a combined weight of 800 t.
How do you keep downtime to a minimum?
Every relocation starts with an audit and a detailed plan. Dismantling, transport and installation are scheduled around your production, often in phases, with one general coordinator responsible for the whole project.
In which countries do you work?
Our partner has completed projects in 15 countries – including the dismantling of a 13,000-ton forging press in Pilsen, Czech Republic. We coordinate projects across Europe in English, German and Polish.
Is the work insured?
Yes. Projects are covered by third-party liability insurance of PLN 12 million and carried out by qualified, certified personnel.
