Train faster, safer and cheaper
with VR, AR and digital twins
Custom simulators and digital twins from a European XR studio with 10 years of experience and 40+ projects – delivered by OptiPoint as official strategic partner, at factory pricing.
A living digital copy of your process – not just a 3D model
Digital twins make complex systems visible and testable. VR makes them intuitive: walk through your line, change parameters and see the effect before you touch the real asset.
Immersive visualisation & analysis
Understand machines, lines and buildings in 1:1 scale – and spot bottlenecks before they cost money.
Simulation without risk
Test new parameters, layouts and procedures virtually and optimise before implementation.
Training & implementation
Onboard operators on equipment that is not installed yet – or not available for training.
Expert support for staff
AR guidance and remote expert support for maintenance and inspection – Industry 5.0 in practice.
Proven in demanding environments
Selected projects delivered by our manufacturing partner. Each simulator can be adapted to your procedures, equipment and language.
Aviation & MRO
VR run-up simulator for Boeing 737 engine start-up – cockpit familiarisation, procedural accuracy and error detection, without fuel costs or aircraft availability limits.

PhantomHip 2.0: a physical hip phantom with an AR hologram of the full patient – realistic haemorrhage simulation and wound packing.
Military · EMS · HospitalsPolice & public services
Crime scene investigation simulator with an interactive examination case, three scenarios and evidence reporting – plus firefighting and civil defence training.
Police · Fire · Civil defenceManufacturing & industry
Operating complex machinery, safety procedures and onboarding in VR – plus digital twins of lines and plants for optimisation and testing.
Production · Energy · Oil & gasSmart buildings & real estate
Facility management and critical infrastructure training, VR tours of new developments and interior configurators that shorten pre-sale.
Developers · Facility managementEducation & culture
VR chemistry lab with 100+ experiments used in almost 3,000 schools, VR geometry, anatomy atlas, museum tours and multiplayer VR escape rooms.
Schools · Universities · MuseumsVR assessment centre with AI behaviour analysis
A multi-person VR simulation presents participants with tasks they must solve together. Everything is recorded; a proprietary AI algorithm recognises behaviours and supports assessors with a structured report of desired, undesired and passive behaviours.
- Personalised reports with strengths and development plans
- Identical avatars ensure anonymity and fairness
- Natural environment instead of paper tests
- Ready-to-use tool for HR and team building

Frequently asked questions
What is a digital twin in industry?
A digital twin is a dynamic, data-driven replica of a physical process, machine or building – not a static 3D model. Combined with VR it lets teams analyse, simulate and optimise operations, test new parameters without risk and train staff on equipment before it is installed.
How long does it take to build a custom VR simulator?
A typical project runs through kickoff, design, production and implementation, often with an MVP launched first. Timelines depend on scope – we give you a realistic schedule after the first workshop with the development team.
Which hardware is used?
Projects run on current standalone and PC VR headsets and on AR/mixed-reality headsets (for example HTC XR Elite for AR medical training). The development team recommends hardware that fits your use case and budget.
Can several people train together?
Yes. Multiplayer simulations support teams of up to several dozen users, with recording, reporting and AI-supported analysis of performance.
Is there a proven return on investment?
In one aviation training project, every real engine run-up on an aircraft consumed roughly 200–250 kg of fuel (about €250–300). The VR simulator lets each student repeat the full procedure as often as needed – without fuel costs or aircraft availability limits.
Do you offer ready-made products as well as custom development?
Both. Ready products include the PhantomHip 2.0 AR trauma trainer, a crime scene investigation simulator, a VR chemistry lab and VR geometry classes. Custom simulators and digital twins are developed for your processes.
