Frequently asked questions
How much power can a solar carport produce per parking space?
It depends on the model and module layout. In completed reference projects the installed capacity ranged from about 1.6 to 2.8 kWp per parking space – for example 1 MW over 364 spaces or 250 kW over 112 spaces.
Which foundations are used?
Carports can be installed on screw piles, traditional concrete foundations or precast foundations. Screw piles are the fastest option: a 50 kW carport can be installed in a single day, without long-term closure of the car park.
Which load zones are covered?
The carports are designed for all wind and snow load zones. Each project receives structural documentation prepared by the manufacturer’s design office.
What warranty and corrosion protection do you offer?
Structures are made of high-strength S350GD and S355 steel with zinc-magnesium (Magnelis®) coating and hot-dip galvanising, with a 20-year warranty. Production is TÜV SÜD certified and welding complies with EXC3.
Do you work with PV installers and EPC companies?
Yes. Installers and EPC contractors can order carports and ground-mounted PV structures directly at manufacturer pricing, with technical documentation and optional installation.
Can the carport be painted in our corporate colours?
Yes – powder coating in any RAL colour is available, as are sealed roofs, gutters, integrated LED lighting and inverter mounting.
